Corporate Rates & Service Enhancements

MAST Moving Systems, Inc. and Mayflower Transit offer preferred rates, shorter transit times and other service enhancements to corporate customers.  There is no volume or long-term commitment to participate in this program.  We can personally design a program to fit the needs of your company and your transferees.

Design a Moving Policy

As companies evolve and grow, creating a comprehensive Corporate Moving Policy specifying what services will be paid by the company can help standardize and streamline management of the process.  Our corporate staff can assist your company in designing or modifying a moving policy to assure competitiveness and cost efficiency. Many companies establish several service levels depending on the transferee; i.e.. new hire, mid level manager, executive level manager.

Automobile Transportation

Many transferees need to ship an automobile before, during or after their household goods move. Mayflower Transit can arrange this transportation either through our Car Carrier Fleet or In-Van Service. Please call or email us for a quotation.

Real Estate Issues

One of the most complex issues today relating to employee relocation is the buying and selling of a home.  Please ask us about ways that we might be able to help you with this issue.

Customer Service

Each corporate client is assigned a personal Customer Service Representative who will proactively manage each relocation through final delivery and assure compliance to company requirements.  This highly trained individual will be there to guide and council each transferee.

The Process

Once the decision is made to relocate an employee , contact your personal Customer Service Representative via phone, email or fax to arrange for an in-home survey and cost estimate with the transferee.  Once approved, send your letter of authorization or purchase order to us. Each phase of the move is tracked through packing, loading, transit and delivery.  Regular status reports are provided as needed throughout the moving process.  Invoices will be mailed with supporting documentation upon completion of each relocation.  Summary activity reports are also available upon request.
