Experience has taught us that through planning, preparation and cooperation between MAST and your company will eliminate confusion, minimize down time, and will save money.

PRE-MOVE CONFERENCE

Prior to each phase of your office move, MAST recommends that a pre-move meeting be conducted between each of your department heads and the MAST project managers.  At this meeting, understandings can be reached as to what the responsibilities of each party are.  This will help assure that the move is accomplished efficiently.

PROTECTING YOUR CORPORATE FACILITIES

Proper building protection preserves the newness of the building and eliminates the need for extensive carpet cleaning and touch-up painting once that move is completed.  Upon request, MAST workmen will install a masonite walkway to protect carpets and floors; eliminating damage caused by heavy traffic.  "Cornerbucks" and "Koroflex" corrugated wrap may be used to protect facility corners and finished wall surfaces.  We can use the right materials placed in the best fashion to provide the ultimate protection, thereby reducing your maintenance costs.

EMPLOYEE PARTICIPATION

With the expectation of your company's supervisors as well as reasons regarding safety and expediting the flow of the move, it is recommended that all of your employees are not present on the day they are to be moved to their new quarters.  Knowledgeable move managers should be appointed to answer questions and guide you through the process of moving.

POST MOVE OUT CLEAN UP AT ORIGIN

You will need to make arrangements to have the origin facility cleaned once the move out has been completed.  You may be surprised at the large amount of waste and disposable items which will be uncovered once everything has been removed from the old facility.
