The Process

For customers looking for temporary or long-term storage, MAST Moving Systems, Inc. operates over 130,000 square feet of storage space in Wakefield, Massachusetts. Normal Household goods are wrapped and containerized in wooden storage vaults and tracked through our computer system. Sofas and large upholstered furniture are shrink wrapped and stored in racks. Our facilities are clean and fully equipped with fire alarms, sprinklers and security systems.

Packing and Containers

For do-it-yourself packers, we offer a complete range of quality packing  materials to pack everything in a home including heavy-duty dish packs for fragile items, book boxes, wardrobes for hanging clothes, mattress boxes, picture/mirror boxes, tape, paper and bubble-wrap. You may purchase these boxes at our Wakefield, Massachusetts location.

Self Storage

Business Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to Noon

For those who need frequent access to goods in storage, MAST Moving Systems, Inc. has a lower-cost solution than our standardized palletized storage. We have many storage rooms of various sizes in our heated, well lit, alarmed facility in Wakefield, Massachusetts.  You can access your self-storage unit during extended business hours daily as well as Saturday mornings at no charge.  The cost is based on the size of the storage unit and not the weight of the unit's contents.  These storage units are very popular, so availability is sometimes limited.

Prohibited Items

To guard against damage caused by combustion, leakage or explosion, do not move or store: flammables, paint, aerosol cans, ammunition, chemicals, cleaning fluids, tanks of compressed gas, fuel, nail polish remover, fireworks, bleach, or other hazardous products.  It is also not a good idea to store perishables or plants.

Payment Options

For customers bringing the goods to storage, payment for the warehouse handling and the first month's storage is requested upon delivery.

For customers having MAST Moving Systems, Inc. provide packing services and/or cartage to storage facilities, payment for such packing, cartage to storage, warehouse handling, first month's storage as well as storage coverage is requested upon delivery to storage. Then, you will receive monthly invoices for subsequent storage. When items are removed from storage, all storage related charges are due before delivery.
